SITE MANAGER - FIT OUT CONTRACTOR - RETAIL PROJECTS - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an established retail fitout contractor working with
clients nationwide.
They are seeking experienced site managers to work on fast track hotel
and retail fit out projects throughout in Dublin
Experience on various types of fit out retail projects an advantage
Responsible for the day to day managing of the site
Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to
meet targets while maintaining quality standards
Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line
with the programme of works on site
Implement Health & Safety procedures
Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget.
REQUIREMENTS
Trade Background / Qualification or Construction related
qualification
4 plus years’ experience in the role of construction site
finishing foreman
Flexible to travel nationwide on projects
PACKAGE
€ *k - € *k negotiable
based on experience
Full time permanent staff role with a strong order book
